In an effort to try and make my websites similar, without ruining the ease of navigating the macondj.com site, I've changed the home pages to be the same. You then have the option to go to either www.macondj.com www.maconlights.com or here to the blog.

Any thoughts or comments??

Chris and Jessica tie the knot!

Chris and Jessica tied the knot on Saturday. The reception was at the Government Center in Gray, GA. Congratulations, Chris and Jessica! Thanks for letting me be a part of your wedding day.

Pretty in Pink

This past Friday, I helped sponsor the Pretty in Pink party at the SoChi Gallery in downtown Macon. We had a great time! I got a chance to showcase some of my lighting and effects.

Thanks, Terrell for letting me be a part of it and I'm looking forward to the next party.

Nectar and Company

I just have to take a minute and give a shout out to my buddy, Carmen Johnston. Her and her husband, Tommy, own Nectar and Company. They are a event plant rental company out of Thomaston. What they can do with plants is amazing! Everytime I work with Carmen, it's exciting to see what she's come up with this time.

Hayden's first soccer game

Hayden started soccer this past weekend. He had a great time. I think I was more wore out than he was. Somehow, I got made assistant coach. I know zilch about the game! LOL

Why???

DeDe laughs at me with the questions I ask sometimes. Here's my latest.

When a person learns to be a server (waiter, waitress, whatever you call yourselves these days.), are you instructed to put as much ice in a water glass as humanly possible? Maybe if you didn't put so much ice, you wouldn't have to refill it after 4 swallows.

Go easy on the ice, folks. Let me enjoy my beverage.
