Back from Vegas

I totally forgot to mention I was even going! I went to the Mobile Beat National DJ Convention last week in Las Vegas. What a great time! I got to finally put a face to the people I chat with on a daily basis, meet those I've talked to and just have a great time.

I was awarded a Certificate of Recognition from OurDJTalk.com. Apparently, there are quite a few people who like the way I go above and beyond for a client and make my equipment setup fit the event. It's an honor to think that I do what I do and it helps others. Here's a pic of me with the award:

Before you ask, yes I played some games. Hee hee. I learned to play Roulette and walked away with the grand sum of $30. I then bought Hayden some stuff with it.

Speaking of Hayden, he went with me to Mercer University on Saturday and helped me DJ. He actually pushed the buttons for the first and last 1/2 hours. He started scratching and the crowd went nuts!! Wiki wiki!!
